If you purchase a set of ten treatments, the tenth will be complementary. You can also take advantage of a 10% discount when purchasing the Beauty Routine products recommended by your consultant.

• Spa experience gift
The Spa experience gift voucher is ideal for anyone on any occasion and is unlimited. Choose the treatment or program that you would like to offer. We do the rest. The treatment offered can be changed by whoever will receive it, to an equal or higher value just by paying the difference.

• Your health
On your first visit, our team will ask you to fill in a consultation form. This is to ascertain information regarding your health and lifestyle and will allow us to give you a more personalized treatment. Therefore, if you suffer from any kind of illness or you take medication, we would like you to indicate this on the form. Filling in the form is mandatory.

• The heat experiences
We recommend a sauna or Turkish bath session before beginning your treatment (except depilation). The thermal experiences begin the process of relaxing the body and mind, and prepare your muscles for receiving the treatment. A swimsuit must be worn when using the heat experiences.

MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE

We recommend arriving thirty minutes before your appointment. This way, you will have sufficient time to change clothes and enjoy the heat experiences and relaxation room.

For your convenience a set of towels will be provided on arrival, as well as a robe, and slippers. There are also lockers where you can safely store your personal items. The locker key will stay in your possession throughout the duration of your stay in the Spa.

• Cancellations
Cancellations are charged at the value of 100% of the treatment or program that was not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Please note that your delay in arriving for the treatment will limit its duration, therefore reducing its full benefit.

• Hotel Guests
The Hotel guests have free access to the swimming pool and Fitness. All of the services and products sold in the Spa and in the Lúcia Piloto space can be added to your room account. Find out how at the reception.

• Lúcia Piloto Hairdressers and Spa Clients
All treatments (body or facials), Fitness, Group Classes or Swimming Pool include access to heat experiences as well as to fruits and tisanes. The Full-Day and Half-Day Programs also include access to the swimming pool. The Full-Day Programs include a light meal. If you would like one-off access to the swimming pool or to the Fitness room and heat experiences, without acquiring one of the treatments or programs available, you can do this by paying a usage fee. RESERVING TREATMENTS OR PROGRAMS

Reservations can be made directly at the Spa reception or calling 21 790 82 20.

• Opening Hours and Regulations
Open every day from 7h30 to 22h00. The face and body treatments are available from 8h00 to 21h00. You should make your reservation through reception.
Children who are less than 16 years old are not permitted to use our facilities.
The Management of Lúcia Piloto Spa reserve the right to refuse admission and service to anyone that poses a risk, and reserves the right to alter internal regulations and prices without prior notice.

For your comfort, the use of mobile phones is prohibited in the Spa.
It is not permitted to smoke or consume alcoholic beverages or food acquired outside the Spa.
Animals are not permitted.
The use of glass containers is prohibited in the Spa.
